About Hygiene Hustle

Hygiene Hustle was created with one simple goal: to help dental hygiene students prepare for their boards without feeling like they have to spend hundreds of dollars on an expensive online prep course.

I remember what it was like being in dental hygiene school. I was working part-time while trying to make ends meet, and I simply couldn’t afford many of the online board-prep courses or dental seminars that were available. At times, I felt overwhelmed and almost hopeless, wondering how I was going to prepare for such an important exam without having access to all of those resources.

Instead of giving up, I buckled down and created my own plan. I designed and structured my own study sessions, developed mnemonics that helped me remember difficult concepts, created ways to break down information into something easier to understand, and built a study routine that worked for me.

And it worked.
